Guests gathered at the Marches Centre for Manufacturing and Technology in June to celebrate the 10th anniversary of FBC Manby Bowdler.
The celebrations were marking a decade since the merger of established law firms, Foster Baxter Cooksey and Manby Steward Bowdler, bringing together hundreds of years of combined expertise.
Thanking clients, friends and colleagues for joining the event, Senior Partner Guy Birkett, said: “Fast forwarding to today I see a business that is award winning, innovative and ambitious, young at heart and with a culture where we look to our lawyers and other staff to put the client's journey front and centre and to be inquisitive and challenging about how and why we do things in the way that we do them.”

Guests were celebrating the progress the firm has made in the last decade, which includes multiple regional, national and sectoral awards, including being recognised officially as one of the Best Companies to Work for in the UK!
In 2017, it secured its first 2* accreditation from in the ‘Best Companies to work for’ scheme – the creators of the Sunday Times Best Place to Work list – joining the lists of other 2* organisations including McDonalds and Kuoni Travel.
Managing Partner Kim Carr added: "FBC Manby Bowdler has come an extremely long way, having put in a lot of work on a lot of fronts. The great news is that, having done so, we are now in the position of knowing that over 95 per cent of our clients are satisfied or very satisfied with what we do for them.
