The Black Country Growth Hub has teamed up with The Black Country Chamber of Commerce to create the Leadership Development Programme, with the aim of helping manufacturing sector businesses remove their barriers to growth. The Leadership Development Programme provides manufacturing sector business leaders in the Black Country support to get to the heart of the barriers that are holding their business back and work alongside them to identify the critical steps needed to be taken to achieve the next phase of growth  rapidly and sustainably.
Black Country businesses that register will receive six days of executive masterclasses and additional one-to-one personal coaching at no cost to the business.
In addition, your business may also access a bursary to reduce the sign-up costs to the BIS funded Growth Accelerator programme which provides a framework to help; build a successful growth strategy, discover new routes to funding & investment, unlock your capacity for innovation and harness the power of your people.
