Advanced Chemical Etching (ACE) recently exhibited at Precisiebeurs (Precision Fair), the event took place in early November at the NH Conference Centre Koningshof, Veldhoven/Eindhoven (The Netherlands). The exhibition has grown into the main European event for precision technology and has acquired an international reputation. This year the 3,660 visitors to the show had the opportunity to visit over 300 specialist, innovative companies. The event incorporated a conference program consisting of 50 inspiring lectures about micro processing, engineering, measuring and motion control.
ACE were located in our normal prominent position in the Benelux Hall.
We were particularly proud that our Chairman Alan Rollason had been chosen as a guest speaker in the conference program, largely due to our continual process of innovation. Taking place on Wednesday 12th November, he gave a talk entitled `Turning Science into a Process'. Speaking after the talk Alan explained "It was well attended and I was pleased how well the presentation was received in the room, I certainly enjoyed doing it". Lots of interest was shown in our uniquely developed processes ACmE (Aluminium Compliant molecular Etching) and TiME (Titanium Molecular Etching) afterwards and lots of questions were generated by the audience.
The show was a huge success for us; throughput to our stand was continually busy over the two days duration and a considerable number of quality leads were collected, with a significant increase on last year's show.
We would like to thank everyone who took the time to visit the ACE stand; we would also like to thank our Benelux representatives Cumatrix Nv who supported us. We are looking forward to booking up for Precisiebeurs 2015.
