Telford based company Advanced Chemical Etching Ltd (ACE) the largest independent etching company in the UK are excited to announce their appearance at the Medical Technology Ireland exhibition September 27th - 28th 2017 at Galway Racecourse. Located on Stand 39 they will be showcasing their new unique solutions for the etching of exotic materials titanium (TiMEÂ ) and aluminium (ACmEÂ). Technical Engineers from ACE will be on hand to discuss individual etching requirements. A wide array of metal samples will be on display demonstrating the unique capabilities and benefits of their chemical etching process for the manufacture of 2D and 3D precision metal components.
ACEÂs scope of activities is far and wide and can include anything from safety critical components for aircraft and cars to simple washers, electronic connectors to ornate clock faces.
With the latest production machinery and a culture of continuous improvement at its 25,000 sq ft facility, it ensures it can make products in materials, including stainless steel, nickel alloys, copper, beryllium copper, phosphor bronze, and brass and ground-breaking unique processes for etching the exotic materials aluminium, titanium, molybdenum, nitinol and elgiloy.
The etching process enables todayÂs product development engineers greater flexibility with short lead times  often taking just a few days. A process of innovation!
