The merger of the two companies effectively cements a relationship that has existed for 25 years and combines the expertise of RTC Electronics with the Test Equipment and Fluid Power expertise of Comar Engineering Services Ltd .
Comar , a Midlands based company formed in 1978 operate in a variety of markets supplying hydraulic test equipment and systems to the Aerospace , Automotive and general industrial markets with a reliance on integrating electronic control technology to complete the package , the acquisition serves to strengthen our ability to produce complete turnkey test solutions to all industries . The Directors of Comar were looking to secure succession in their business and strengthen their position in the Test Equipment field and the acquisition by Integrated Test Systems Ltd and retention of personnel has succeeded in providing a strong , dedicated and experienced resource to our customers .
