Alloy Heat Treatment are a sub-contract heat treatment company capable of carrying out precipitation heat treatment of aluminium alloys to the requirements of NADCAP AMS2750E Class 1 (±3°C).
Now, thanks to some recent upgrades, AHT have widened the range of Aerospace Prime Specifications that our ovens can comply with. This was achieved by adding controlled ventilation by means of a servo-controlled fresh-air inlet and exhaust outlet. The detailed design was carried out by our own Design Engineer, with the fabrication and installation carried out by our in-house Maintenance Dept.
