Thermaset are able to formulate anti-bacterial powder coating using Hygienilac which is able to kill up to 99.9% of bacteria including MRSA and E.Coli. The anti-bacterial powder is developed using selected resins and light-fats pigments which will provide excellent durability as well as a night resistance to yellowing. The TGIC-free polyester powder is formulated for both interior and exterior use. When spraying anti-bacterial powder coating the optimum thickness is between 60-70 microns. The powder is often used on hospital beds, laboratory equipment as well as agricultural equipment.
Previously all anti-bacterial items have been made as specials but Thermaset now have 2 anti-bacterial stock items. 9016 Traffic White and 9910 Hipca White are both available in gloss from stock for free next day delivery.
