Autins  a global group with local roots
Although British owned, The Autins Group is an international company, with Rheinland Insulations in Germany and Scandins in Sweden, plus Indian joint venture Indica Automotive and Automotive Insulations based in the UK. However, the company has its roots firmly in the Midlands, which has long been a hub for manufacturing, innovation and research and development within the automotive industry.
The Autins GroupÂs story has been recorded as part of the Why Warwickshire? video series produced by Invest Warwickshire, the county councilÂs inward investment service. The short film explains how The Autins Group has grown and evolved from Automotive Insulations during its 50 year history. In the film, CEO Jim Griffin also explains the benefits of operating in a region with a reputation for innovation, as well as great transport links and a thriving automotive industry.
