BSC Diecasting Ltd was awarded a Made in the Midland’s award for Manufacturing Achievement for ‘Growth in Business.’ Sponsored by Freeth Cartwright LLP the award reflects BSC Diecasting’s increase in turnover from £2.2m to £5.6m in the last year. Company profits have more than tripled from £89,000 to £282,000. The company has secured new contracts worth £2m and this, in turn, has allowed the company to create roles for 20 new staff and plans are being put into place for a further 20 to be recruited during the next 12 months.
