One award winning campaign on which Sponge UK drew on the expertise of Comtec was the Learning Leap programme undertaken for Tesco. The campaign was designed to get thousands of Tesco employees across 11 countries up to speed on a particular set of rules and regulations in a matter of weeks. 

Louise explains: “It was a complex programme with e-learning modules, a communications campaign, refresher learning and an interactive leader board. Plus, there was the added pressure of delivering the programme in a very short time frame. 

“Comtec helped to make the whole process seamless. This included things like extracting text from a variety of complex documents, creating easy to review documents for Tesco and using an easy to follow clear process. It proved highly successful and has become a flagship programme at Tesco, repeated year on year.
