Jonathan Lee Recruitment have been busy preparing for the Powertrain Conference that is now less than one week away. The event takes place between the 25-26th February 2015 at the National Motorcycle Museum, Solihull, and will see key figures from academia and industry discuss the future of Powertrain. As well as a keeping up to date with the latest technological advances, Jonathan Lee Recruitment will be exhibiting on stand 4 alongside some of the most advanced powertrain innovators in the world.

ÂIt has been interesting to see how OEMS and suppliers have been rapidly adapting to meet demanding emission regulations. It has placed increasing pressure on firms to attract the right talent.Â
ÂWhile attracting talent remains very difficult, especially within the niche powertrain domain, our consultants, many of whom have trained and worked as engineers in the automotive sector, have the technical understanding and capability to deliver these candidates. This is something very rare to find within recruitment.Â
