Frank Dudley Ltd have been using a manufacturing system for over 10 years with the original investment to be focused on automating the scheduling of materials.
Since starting for the company in May 2015 myself and one of the production planners have implemented full usage of the system. The system now plans our materials and also the machines we should be running. The benefit in management time is hard to value but the 29% reduction in stock and where the stock is been held is easy to value, hello bank account!!!
