Aston University Careers+Placements are delighted to invite you to a branding workshop, for any business interested in attracting and hiring the best student and graduate talent.

Wednesday 21st September 17:30 – 19:00

Wright Lecture Theatre, Aston University

This event is free to attend, refreshments provided.

In the changing and competitive global professional landscape, how can businesses leverage their brand to appeal to the top talent, particularly the millennial workforce?

In this workshop, led by experts from the Marketing Group at Aston Business School, Dr Keith Glanfield and Dr Laura Chamberlain aim to answer exactly this question.

Passing on the latest academic insights into the importance of brand sustainability; critical for driving higher levels of consideration, recommendation and trust – including new employees. Simply put, a reputable brand equals a trusted employer.

The session will explore what students and graduates are really looking for in an employer, what attracts them to apply and what will make them stay. In an age overwhelmed with information, employers should consider the ‘demystifying process’ needed in order to quickly present themselves and their values to prospective employees.

No matter the size of your business or the sector, developing a strong brand on campus is one way to ensure you attract the attention of bright new talent. Working in collaboration with universities can be the best way to achieve this, and there are plenty of activities to get involved with.

We very much look forward to welcoming you; to book onto the workshop please register via the following link: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/employer-branding-workshop-how-to-improve-your-brand-on-campus-tickets-27570136019
