Forged Heavy Duty Con Rods

W H Tildesley has shipped its first batch of heavy con rods to its new customer in Serbia.  The con rods will be machined ready to be sent to the end Customer - one of the world’s big four Yellow Goods manufacturers.  The con rod weighs 6.5Kg, is forged in EN19 steel on W H Tildesley’s 3½ tonne drop hammer, is hardened & tempered and then MPI crack detected on-site before being sent on its way to Europe.
