Gemini Rail Group is delighted to have been working with Northampton College for the past three years as part of a continued push to produce a pipeline of work-ready employees capable of driving up standards and growing our company into the next decade and beyond.
This partnership has seen 30 apprentices complete their qualifications from Level 2 to Level 4. The vast majority of our apprentices remain in full-time employment following their studies, ensuring the rail industry benefits from a new generation of highly-motivated, skilled workers.
