Offline verification has always been something we have strived to push any business we work with to invest in and use in every application possible. The time and costs saved in both proving out, machine collision detection and fundamental code analysis is, in my honest opinion, priceless; I've seen first hand what happens when the Z decides to go the wrong way at 60m/min rapid!
With this in mind, we are now working with and have invested in Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence's #NCSIMUL, direct digital twin software that will allow us to fully simulate NC code on an exact digital replica of our machine tool, owned and operated by our sister company CMK Precision Machining Ltd.
