Year 6 pupils from ST. Clements C of E Academy in Birmingham were invited to KUKA to take part in a activity day based at the Wednesbury facility. This was a fantanstic opportunity for the students to see robot applications and carry out some programming on the robots themselves. This also created ideaÂs for their future employment aspirations.
The pupils were given a tour and background information about the company and they also had opportunity to operate the KUKA youBot. All of the students had a great day and staff at KUKA commented on their fantastic behaviour and their ability to learn the programming in such a short period of time.
