Lasershape have recently finished a factory expansion taking the Chilwell site to over 60,000 ft2. The new facility will house a fabrication cell,a fully automated 5 stage powder coating line, inspection room with CMM, new customer meeting rooms and new accounts office. The extension was made by combining 3 units from nearby Eldon Road Industrial Estate and connecting them via a tunnel to the existing factory. The company will now have a separate goods-in and goods-out which will help ease congestion during busy periods.
