MACH 2018 is one of the industries key events. This year, whilst making connections and exploring the wealth of stands on display, weÂd like you to take a moment to have a new experience. This year, for the first year, we are teaming up with MTA to support them on their stand (H19  100) to provide information and guidance on increasing the talent pipeline  specifically the 5  19 age range. The MTA will have advisers on the stand for post 19 training.
Whether you are looking as a company to engage with schools more to increase your talent pipeline, or just want to know about some of the tools and resources you could use to help explain engineering opportunities to a younger audience, please do pop along for an informal chat. ItÂs always nice to meet another #MIMFamily member.
IÂll be on the stand all-day Monday. Colleagues from EngineeringUK will be there for the rest of the week. To find us simply head to the top of Hall 19 in the left-hand corner. Our stand is opposite the MACH 2020 stand.
Did you know that this year they are expecting thousands of students to visit the show in the dedicated Education & Development (E&D) Zone? The zone is specifically designed for students aged 11-19. We want to inspire these students to be the engineers of the future. The aim of the zone is to shine a light on the vocational education and training that is imperative to closing the skills gap around the world.
