Beyond The Short Term
Our experienced practitioner will present the techniques, provide case study examples and live stories of current business scenarios where these approaches for developing strategy have been used and also where they have not worked. Exercises will be handed out for discussion during the day and you will have the opportunity to discuss your business challenges with delegates in the room either on a confidential basis or by providing open feedback and asking for other delegates to offer their experiences. You will not be asked to divulge confidential information but you will learn from the group.
