The founder of a Midlands based translation company has been invited to speak at the forthcoming EU Association of Translation Companies conference.Â
Isabella Moore, CBE and Director at Comtec Translations in Leamington Spa, will take to the stage at the annual event, which attracts hundreds of language service professionals from around the world.Â
Taking in place in Berlin from 20-21 April, Isabella will draw on her 30 years of experience within the sector to deliver a presentation on the non-financial performance measures as drivers of future profitability.Â
Geoffrey Bowden, General Secretary for the ATC commented: ÂThe EUATC Conference attracts the most senior professionals from across the language industry with the last conference attracting representatives from 30 countries across four continents.Â
ÂIt is therefore a great honour that Isabella has been selected to present at this yearÂs event and we all thoroughly look forward to hearing her insights.Â
Isabella, who set up Comtec Translations in 1981 added: ÂWhilst the event attracts a very diverse range of international translation companies there are many generic issues which relate to all language service providers. Irrespective of size or location measuring performance in all areas of the business to maintain profitability should matter to any company. I am very much looking forward to sharing our experience in this area with other delegates.Â
