The chief executive of a Wolverhampton based not-for-profit cash plan provider has confirmed in a letter to corporate clients and individual policyholders that there will be no price increase on any of its healthcare plans in 2014.
Paycare Chief Executive Kevin Rogers explained: ÂGiven the current state of the economy and the challenges faced by our clients and policyholders we resolved earlier this year to freeze the premiums on all of our products.
ÂClearly, this meant that over a period of several months earlier this year we needed to take a long hard look at our plans. We worked hard to ensure that they continue to improve what we offer and combine the very best and most relevant benefits within the existing price bandings.
ÂBusinesses and households are facing financial pressures. In the corporate sector employee benefits are under increasing attack and we determined to do all we could to protect our policyholders from price increases. Similarly, household budgets are being affected by ever-rising costs.
ÂIÂm really happy with the results and IÂm confident that we will be offering compelling plans in this competitive marketplace, explained Mr Rogers.
