Nova have once again proved that our internal ISO Quality Assurance Mission Statement of ÂRight First Time is worthy of the way in which we conduct our design services.
We have successfully passed the first external audit of 2015 with flying colours  NO non-conformances :-)

Steve Berry, who undertook the assessment for CQS (Certified Quality Systems) Limited, paid particular tribute to the Âinvestment in people and training that enables Nova to provide an efficient service to their customers.ÂThe Nova Design team is committed to total quality, and operate under a ÂRight First Time philosophy and remain  Certified for ÂThe Provision of Engineering Design ServicesÂ.
