Tim has been advising SMEs on pension planning for nearly 30 years,
but 2012 saw one of the biggest changes in UK pensions legislation with
the introduction of ÂAuto-enrolmentÂ. Eventually every employer will be
required to install a pension scheme for its workforce and automatically
enrol qualifying employees.
Thereafter the obligations for record keeping and communications will impose a significant burden on the employer and The Pensions Regulator has been given teeth to enforce the rules!
