As part of our drive to encourage the next generation of manufacturers and engineers we like to keep you informed of the latest events in this arena:
Black Country UTC are having a Careers Fair on Tuesday 18th March 2 - 5pm.
The event is a fantastic way, to not only support engineering, but to promote your business to current UTC students, and those who are considering moving onto an apprenticeship or university.Â
The students are seeking advice on applying for future jobs, along with the skills, attitude and prospects required in your company. You will also be able to meet local training providers, for information on recruiting and what funding may be available to you.
UTC's Director of Business Gordon Mills said: "This is a fantastic opportunity to promote and recruit engineers in the Midlands. We have a very talented pool of young people, who have been studying engineering for a minimum of 2 years - all looking for the break they truly deserve."
