My name is Nicki Crossland. Born in Coleshill, I’ve lived in the midlands for most of my life.
With 20 years’ experience in HR and Leadership Development, working at the most senior levels in both Retail and Industry, I resolutely know that businesses simply perform better when they have great leaders. Leaders who inspire superior performance both for themselves and for those around them.
And that’s why I launched Qi Performance. To help businesses increase their performance by combining business and human expertise.
