During the last 2 weeks, Regent has undergone a complete
refitting and upgrade of IT systems within the company. The replacement of old
operating systems with Windows 7 & 8, helps to improve performance and
reduce security issues. This has also facilitated the upgrade of the shop floor
data capture system. The shop floor system is now running the latest Visdata
software, which permits data entry by touchscreen and barcode technology.
