TaylorÂs investment in staff training throughout the Group has brought 3 major success stories so far this year.
Our Vehicle Maintenance Division in Kirkby-in-Ashfield employ 17 year old James Wardle as a mechanic, and has just been awarded the title of ÂYoung Apprentice of the Year by Remit and Chesterfield College. James has become a real asset to Taylors, again proving how investment in an Apprentice Scheme can result in success for both the apprentice and our business.
Mark Taylor  son of Alan Taylor, Managing Director has also passed AITT training courses for Counterbalance and Reach equipment and is now a qualified Instructor/Examiner. This achievement will allow Mark to pass on his knowledge and skills to other employees ensuring the code of professional conduct is upheld.
