1) Design & Simulation using Autoform. We can calculate spring back, material deformation, thinning, insufficient stretch, surface issues and imperfections. This will reduce try-out times, cost and the need for multiple Q loops.
2) Manufacturing services to include, milling, turning, surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, EDM wire, boring, tool assembly and trouble-shooting.
3) 24/7 Emergency breakdowns. Do you have equipment to include presses, hydraulics cylinders that need fast repair to ensure your production is protected.
4) On-site technical support. Do you need technical support on site for short or long term periods, we can help by supplying qualified engineers to help fill in the gaps to support your projects.
