Always maintaining a good quality weld section is paramount for us. In the past we have had problems trying to recruit interested young people and train them up to do both MIG and TIG production welding which includes welding braze, stainless steel and coated mild steels. Hard work, in house training, apprenticeships and persistence has paid off, weÂve got a great team now, men and women. It`s great to see all masks and equipment allocated, which in turn means all the welding bays are working. Well done to all involved.
