Thank you!
A huge thank you to everyone who has taken part in Tomorrow's Engineers Week this year. All around the UK people have been joining in with engineering activities and events and sharing inspiring details on social media. I've been humbled to see the brilliant response across the Midlands. Marchant Cain Ltd, adi Group, Atkins and WSP are just a few of the employers who rolled up their sleeves and got stuck-in with gusto. Thank you.
Check out the hashtags #TEWeek17 and #EngineerOnAMission to see all the fantastic ways people have been getting involved.
Engineer On A Mission
All week we have been meeting brilliant engineers on a mission. From medicine through third-world bridge building to solving the housing crisis - and much, much more - all the videos of these inspirational people are available to view on our website now.

Dream Careers
According to research conducted for Tomorrow's Engineer's Week young people demand jobs that tackle social issues, with 67% saying would consider a career in engineering if it allowed them to help the world, the environment or save peoples' lives.
Success at Schools
This week we teamed up with the Success At Schools online forum so students could post their questions to engineers working for a wide range of employers, including the BBC, BT and Rolls-Royce.
We already have the dates for next years Tomorrow's Engineers Week, 5th -9th November 2018. Please do get in touch if you would like to get involved or would like to talk about any schools outreach your organisation would like to do.
